FAQS
Vancouver, Washington
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We are by appointment only. However, we will try our best to fit you in if our schedule permits.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You’re welcome to call our office at 360-931-1223 to schedule your appointment or request one online, and we’ll contact you to confirm your selection.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for prep time. Because we offer medical procedures, each new patient will need to fill out a brief medical history and a consent form.
What if I'm late for my appointment?
In fairness to others, we must conclude your treatment on time so the next person can begin on time. If you’re going to be more than five minutes late, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and complete as much of your treatment as possible, or we’ll reschedule your appointment for a time that works better for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hour’s notice before your appointment time. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
What happens during a new patient consultation visit?
We’ll review your medical history and evaluate your unique needs. Our highly trained and experienced providers will create a customized treatment plan including one or more IV solutions to deliver your desired results.
How often should I schedule my treatments?
Each person is unique. The frequency of treatments will depend on the type of therapy you desire and your specific goals.
Do you accept insurance?
Most of the procedures we offer are not covered by insurance plan providers.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Is gratuity included?
We do not accept gratuities. The best compliment or tip you can give us is to leave us a review, reschedule and refer your family and friends.
Do I need a prescription to receive services?
All clients will undergo an initial consultation over the phone. IV nutritional services do not require a prescription from an outside provider. Ketamine infusions require a referral from your mental health or pain treatment specialist.
What should I expect when I go in for treatment?
We provide a soothing, supportive, safe environment designed to optimize the healing journey. You’ll be paired with an experienced nurse anesthetist who ensures you are supported and comfortable. During your treatment journey, a team member will be available to answer questions, discuss needs and accommodations, as well as assist with next steps.
Our goal is to provide treatments in our peaceful clinical environment while minimizing external stimulation and interactions that can distract from the healing experience. The smallest comforts can make a big difference in optimizing your ketamine and IV nutritional infusion session. We provide blankets, soothing lighting, and a cozy recliner.
How long do infusions take?
IV nutritional infusions take about 40 minutes to an hour.
How long do ketamine infusions take?
When used for mental health, ketamine is generally infused over 40-60 minutes. For pain clients, longer infusions of 3-4 hours may be necessary. Your provider will review your history and help you determine the best treatment plan.
What are IV nutritional infusions?
Intravenous (IV) nutritional therapy involves infusing amino acids, electrolytes, minerals, vitamins and fluids directly into the patient’s bloodstream. It can be used for patients whose absorption of food, fluids, vitamins and minerals are inadequate, inaccessible, or hindered due to acute illness, lifestyle or chronic health conditions.
How do IV nutritional infusions work?
IV nutritional therapy is the fastest way to deliver nutrients into the bloodstream and distribute them to the rest of the body. The infusion is slowly administered via a small IV catheter into to the patient’s vein over minutes to hours, depending on the therapy being delivered.
During the session, the patient can watch a movie, listen to music, relax, read, and let the infusion work its magic. Infusions are usually done 1-2 times per week and the beneficial effects are often noticed by the third or fourth visit. Many who experience chronic conditions continue to use IV therapy every 1-4 weeks of when they feel their energy or stamina depleting.
